To help us continue to providing the best possible services to all our clients. 

• No-Shows will be chaged a 100% of the booked treatment cost. 
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hrs notice will be charged 25% of the booked service treatment cost. 
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked service treatment cost. 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but late cancellations and missed appointment times leave us with open appointments that are often impossible to fill at short notice. 

As a small buisness, every appoitment slot is valuable. When an appointment is or cancelled last minute, it impacts our stylist time, our business income, and pervents other clients fromm booking.
